AttachAnnotation Method (ElliotWaveAnnotationBase)
Attaches an SciChart.Charting.Visuals.Annotations.IAnnotation instance as a child of this SciChart.Charting.Visuals.Annotations.CompositeAnnotation. All attached annotations will delegate mouse events to their SciChart.Charting.Visuals.Annotations.CompositeAnnotation parent.

- The annotation to attach.
Remarks
Called internally for all annotations from the SciChart.Charting.Visuals.Annotations.CompositeAnnotation.Annotations collection.
