ExecuteWhen Property (ChartModifierBase3D)
Determines which keyboard modifiers filter when the ChartModifierBase3D executes, e.g. SciChart.Core.Utility.Mouse.MouseModifier.Shift will cause the modifier to only work if SHIFT is pressed when the SciChart.Charting3D.SciChart3DSurface is focused
