RadarTooltipModifier Class

The RadarTooltipModifier provides a mouse-over tooltip to a SciChart.Charting.Visuals.SciChartRadarSurface, outputting a single SciChart.Charting.Model.ChartData.RadarSeriesInfo object to bind to, which updates as the mouse moves over data-points.
