AttachAnnotation Method (CompositeAnnotation)
Attaches an IAnnotation instance as a child of this CompositeAnnotation. All attached annotations will delegate mouse events to their CompositeAnnotation parent.

Parameters
- item
- The annotation to attach.
Remarks
Called internally for all annotations from the Annotations collection.
