SciDragDelta Event
Occurs one or more times as the mouse changes position when a SciThumb control has mouse capture.

Event Data
The event handler receives an argument of type DragDeltaEventArgs containing data related to this event. The following DragDeltaEventArgs properties provide information specific to this event.
