I am not able to find a chart modifier to allow panning in 3D charts. Can you please point me to the correct modifier?

Thank you,

Pramod

Hi Jim,

I only see rotate / orbit and zoom in/out controls, but not panning … which is lateral movement on the 3D plot. it would similar to strafing in video games 🙂 or moving sideways. the issue is when you zoom in to a location, if you need to move to the left or right to inspect data. the only way to achieve that is to completely zoom out, rotate and then zoom in again hoping that your agles are correct.

Hope this helps,

Pramod

Here is a Documentation page with an overview of existing 3D modifiers .
Check the linked modifiers and let us know if you are looking for a different behavior.
