Hi,

we have recently bought Bundle licenses to be able to use SciChart JS. We are non-profit and make in-house web-applications.
I want to migrate to it asap but need urgent clarification on the licensing. There is only 1 domain allowed per developer. This seems strange to me because we run multiple micro-UIs under different domains. We also have dev & test environments. Do we need an extra license for all of these?

Please clarify. We are very happy with SciChart but this would be a major problem for us.

Hi Stephan

We’ve made an update to our policy subject to feedback and now have the following domain licensing available for our customers.

You can read more about domain licensing of SciChart at SciChart.js Domain Licensing FAQ

Managing your domain licenses can be done at our online profile, viewable at http://www.scichart.com/profile

Best regards,
Andrew

Hi Stephan

An update for you. We’ve made a change to our domain licensing which you can now view on http://www.scichart.com/profile.

Now you can create a single production domain and two test domains per SciChart.js license.

To create a test domain, please enter the domain at http://www.scichart.com/profile, select ‘test domain’. After creating domains, ensure that you replace the Runtime Key in your application by calling the static function SciChartSurface.setRuntimeLicenseKey() with the updated key.

Test domains have a watermark whereas production domains do not.

Let me know if you have any questions, and thanks for your feedback!

Best regards,
Andrew
