Hello, I’m a SciChart user.
A few days ago I installed a new version 3.4.
And then Direct3D renderer is not working.
How can i use your Direct3D renderer?

Hi there,
Are you licensed to use the DirectX renderer? This is only licensed for use for SciChart WPF/SL Source Code customers at the moment. This means, if you are a SciChart WPF Basic or SciChart WPF Professional customer, you will not be able to use the DirectX renderer.
If you are a source-code customer and are licensed, then please open a support ticket with your OrderID and we can advise you further.
