registerVisibleRangeChangedCallback is not enough for me.
I want an active stop function like this.

Unfortunately, there’s no such api out of the box.
However, as a workarounds I can suggest you the following:
To cancel the currently running scroll animation you can call onTapGestureToCancelAnimation: At:
method on your SCIZoomPanModifier object.
To completely disable decelerating, you can create and use SCIZoomPanModifier subclass. Override - (void)performPanEndingFrom:(CGPoint)lastPoint andVelocity:(CGPoint)velocity
method (live the implementation empty, don’t call a superclass =))
