Hello,

I’m having the following issue with a set of StackedColumnRenderableSeries:

I add three columns all with different StackedGroupId so that they’re shown side-by-side, in the following order: Blue – Red – Green
(See Image 1).

I next stack on the same group columns Blue and Red
(See image 2).

When I unstack columns Blue and Red, I would expect them to be drawn in the same order as before: Blue – Red – Green.
On the contrary, they’re drawn Green – Blue – Red.
(See image 3).

Is there a way to explicitly tell the drawing order? Or get the drawing order? I am adding annotations to each column but they depend on the order so I need to move them accordingly when the order is changed and there’s no way I can tell the order they are being drawn.

Thank you.
Regards,
Sebastian

Hi Sebastian,

please try our latest nightly build v4.1.1.8645. You can get nightly builds from our NuGet feed here: http://support.scichart.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/17232/37/getting-nightly-builds-with-nuget

Also Github if you are a scichart source code customer https://www.scichart.com/github-repository-for-scichart-source-code-customers/

In this version you’ll be able to get stacked columns according to the initial positions of groups.

Best regards,
Andrii

Hello Andrii, Thank you very much.I’ll do my best to test it today. If I’m not able I’ll have to defer it until end of month since I’ll be out on vacation.

Good morning Andrii,

I have downloaded the latest stable release (v4.1.1.8645), but I don’t see any new methods.

Can you point me as to where can I locate the functionality to retrieve stacked columns according to the initial positions of groups?

Thank you very much.
Sebastian
