In my old program had the opportunity to see the values of like RolloverModifier SciChart, but with one difference: in my program values indicate the current or nearest left, RolloverModifier shows always near.
How to configure rollovermodifier such behavior?

This is not a scenario we currently support. However, it is easy to create your own Tooltips and interaction modifiers by following our 4-part series on Custom Chart Modifiers.
