ARM support

Hi Eamon,

We don’t run on ARM yet, but since WPF now runs on ARM post .NET 6.0 (which we support) it’s just a matter of us recompiling the C++ libraries within SciChart to run on this platform

We’ve already done quite a bit of work supporting Linux Charts with Avalonia XPF and I think it should be simpler than that.

We are quite busy right now though with various improvements in the pipeline, but I will let the team know.
