Hi there,
well, yes, it is possible to get that behavior!
First of all, check out Hit Test Datapoints within our Demo Online examples.
Also you’ll need to use our HitTest API;
Besides while implementing the HitTest API, to find some useful information you can reference the following forum talks – How Get XY coordinates of SciChartSurface? and CategoryDateTimeAxis with DateRange.
If you have further doubts, feel free to ask.
Have a nice day!

Hi Arthur,
You can convert between X,Y points and data values using the CoordinateCalculator (which is on the axis), or, by calling the axis directly.
See AxisBase.GetCoordinate() and AxisBase.GetDataValue() (its inverse)
We also have a KB Article on Converting Pixel to Data Coordinates which describes the API in more detail.
Hope this helps!
