Hello,

I have a problem with chart layout presentation. Just right after application starts the view is as you can see in the picture chart_empty.png. But if the app is maximised or the size is changed, by dragging one of the window edge, the view is OK, as you can see in the second pic. AutoRange on XAxis is set to “Always” but on YAxis is set to “Never” because I need to synchronise them between each other. What should I do?

Hi Andrew

Does the issue occur in the SciChart examples? – NO.
Does the issue occur on all computers or just some? – On all of them.
Are you using DirectX renderer? – Yes.

It seems that this problem was caused by window size modification in Loaded event. Since that part of code is moved into SizeChanged event it has been working OK up to now.

Thanks
Marek

Hi Marek

This is not a known issue and we’re unable to reproduce it here. Can you provide steps to reproduce?

Best regards,
Andrew
