Hi,
I want to draw a spectrogram in WPF application and after searching I found your control. I downloaded your demo (trial version) and I would want to check if it completely meets my requirements. As starting I try to make zoom-in in your demo and I didn’t succeed.
Maybe you can tell me if it’s supported?
Thank you very much!

Yes of course, zooming and panning is supported in the Heatmap / Spectrogram chart type.
Have you seen our zooming samples or tutorials? Some useful links below:
- SciChart WPF Zooming Panning tutorial
- RubberBandXyZoomModifier documentation
- Heatmap example – supports zooming via mouse-drag
Best regards,
Andrew

Hi, thank you for your answer. I’m happy to hear that you support zooming on the spectrogram graph, but I tried to create a demo according to my requirements with the dlls of your trial version, but I cannot (the controls are not displayed). I understand that you avoid the option of displaying for the trial version, but how can I check if your control is suitable for me? Thanks again!

Hi there, the controls should display in a trial version. There is fundamentally no difference between the trial and the paid version, except for a small watermark and a time limit on the trial. Perhaps if you have trouble and cannot see a chart you should share a code sample with our team? We can investigate and show you the problem. Best regards, Andrew

I found out that I did not get and activate my license for the trial version I installed. I tried to request an activation code but I got an error: Hi there, We were unable to process your trial request. There was an unexpected error on the server. Best regards, [SciChart Sales team] What can I do? I’m sorry about my harassments… Thank you!
