I find that very hard to believe, it would be reported by thousands of users!

I have updated the Licensing Test App at https://www.scichart.com/scichart-licensing-troubleshooting/ for you so that it uses the latest version (v4.2.5).

Please try it – SetRuntimeLicenseKey is definitely there 🙂
