Why you don't have HorizontalSliceModifier?

The simple answer would be we haven’t received enough requests to add this feature so far.
I’ll discuss this with our team through to see whether there are easy ways to create this kind of ChartModifier and will get back to you as soon as I have an update.

Unfortunately, there is no easy workaround to implement a HorizontalSliceModifier out of the box.
We have logged this as a New feature request.
