They can be recovered but only if contexts become available.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The WebGL context limit is <a href=\"https:\/\/stackoverflow.com\/a\/61278833\/303612\">browser &amp; device dependent<\/a>. On Google Chrome \/ Windows it is currently 16, but on a mobile device it may be as low as 2.
