As of Monday 22nd June 2015 08:00 UTC, the support site http:\/\/support.scichart.com due to a problem with the data-centre.<\/p>\n

Update as of 15:00 UTC 23rd June:<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\n

Our webhost for support.scichart.com informs us that they experienced a cyber\u00a0attack on Sunday at 12:10 PM causing significant outages and extended periods of unavailability. They are slowly bringing services back online between now and the end of the week.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

All other systems<\/strong>\u00a0(including Licensing server, NuGet, scichart.com)\u00a0are unaffected and are online<\/strong>. We are also able to handle support requests via email at support@scichart.com.<\/p>\n
