SciChart iOS currently uses an in-house rendering engine which relies on OpenGL ES for hardware acceleration. While OpenGL ES is currently supported by iOS 12 devices, Apple has announced that they are deprecating OpenGL<\/a> across all operating systems in the future. Exactly when that will occur we don’t know, but for now OpenGL ES and SciChart is compatible with all Apple devices.<\/p>\n
