DebounceDuration Property (ICameraController)
Specifies the timeout duration in milliseconds required to wait for the CameraUpdate event silence before emitting final CameraUpdate event indicating that the Camera stopped updating

When less than or equal to 0 the final CameraUpdate event will not occur
