	IsAttached	Returns True when a ViewportManager3DBase has the SciChart3DSurface attached to.
	IsSuspended	Gets a value indicating whether updates for the target are currently suspended (Inherited from SciChart.Core.Framework.ISuspendable)
	Services	Gets the SciChart.Core.Utility.ServiceContainer which provides access to services throughout SciChart. ServiceContainers are created one per SciChart3DSurface instance, and shared between peripheral components such as SciChart.Charting3D.Axis.AxisBase3D, SciChart.Charting3D.RenderableSeries.BaseRenderableSeries3D, SciChart.Charting3D.Modifiers.ChartModifierBase3D instances.
