CreateDataContext Method (NumericLabelProvider)
Creates a ITickLabelViewModel instance, based on the data-value passed in. Invokes FormatLabel to format the specified data-value passed in.

public override ITickLabelViewModel CreateDataContext( IComparable dataValue )
Parameters
- dataValue
- The data-value to format
