ManipulationStarting Event
Occurs when an input device begins a manipulation on the System.Windows.UIElement
Syntax

Event Data

The event handler receives an argument of type ManipulationStartingEventArgs containing data related to this event. The following ManipulationStartingEventArgs properties provide information specific to this event.
