BrushAnnotationForMvvm Class

INTERNAL USE ONLY: Defines a class which extends the original BrushAnnotation and is created internally per every SciChart.Charting.DrawingTools.TradingAnnotations.ViewModels.BrushAnnotationViewModel of appropriate type in MVVM scenarios
