ZoomStateModifier Class

The IsUserZooming modifier sets an attached property: IsUserZoomingProperty to true on the parent SciChart.Charting.Visuals.SciChartSurface if the user initiates a zoom or pan operation via one of the other ChartModifiers. This flag is reset to false when a DoubleClick occurs on the chart. This can be used in conjuction with your own code to perform speial handling of cases where user is zooming
