IIndexCalculator Interface
Defines the interface for an Index Calculator that is used by SciChart.Charting.Visuals.Axes.IndexDateTimeAxis and SciChart.Charting.Visuals.Axes.IndexNumericAxis to convert data point indexes to chart coordinates (data values) and vice versa.
