Init Method (ITickCoordinatesProvider)
Called when the ITickCoordinatesProvider is initialized as it is attached to the parent axis, with the parent axis instance

Parameters
- parentAxis
- The parent SciChart.Charting.Visuals.Axes.IAxisCore instance
