MouseMiddleButtonUp Event (AnnotationBase)
Occurs when the middle mouse button is released while the mouse pointer is over a System.Windows.UIElement. However, this event will only be raised if a caller marks the preceding System.Windows.UIElement.MouseRightButtonDown event as handled; see Remarks.
