TimeSpanLabelProvider Class
The DateTimeLabelFormatter is a pass-through which uses the SciChart.Charting.Visuals.Axes.AxisCore.TextFormatting and SciChart.Charting.Visuals.Axes.AxisCore.CursorTextFormatting properties to format axis and cursor label texts.
