TranslateBy Method
Translates the min and max of the input range by the specified data value. Specific implementations of ICoordinateCalculator<T> such as DoubleCoordinateCalculator, LogarithmicDoubleCoordinateCalculator and CategoryCoordinateCalculator will treat this differently.
