Hello,
Sorry for this dummy question, but i’m a noobs with scichart.
I wonder if it’s possible to specify a range values for the axe X (decimal) and a range for the axe Y (datetime).
In other words i want to create some rectangles :
first record : 1/9/2016 – 2/9/2016 (Y) 3 – 4 (X)
second record : 5/9/2016 – 8/9/2016 (Y) 1 – 4 (X)
….
thanks,
Duck.

Hi Jerome,
Interesting question! This is kind of possible using our Vertical Charts feature.
SciChart only allows DateTime on the XAxis, but you can put the XAxis on the left of the chart, and YAxis on the bottom (so you get your chart vertically orientated).
Please see our Vertical Charts example for how to do it.
Next if you want to display rectangles on the chart, you can use our Annotations Feature to draw BoxAnnotation.
Please see our Annotation example for how to do it.
Please let me know if this helps.
Best regards,
Andrew
