SciChart Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility to Refer

1.1. Referrers may include:

• Active, paying license holders of SciChart
• Trial users, or
• Past customers who have previously held a valid SciChart license

1.2. Referrers must be individuals aged 18 or older, acting in a business capacity.
1.3. Each referrer must provide accurate identification and contact details to participate.
1.4. Participation is not available to employees, contractors, affiliates, or agents of SciChart or its subsidiaries.

2. Eligible Referrals

2.1. A referral (“Referee”) is considered eligible when they:

• Represent a new company not previously licensed under SciChart, or
• Represent a different project and department within an existing customer organization (even if sharing the same domain)

2.2. Referrals will not be accepted if:

• The referee is from the same department or project where the referrer works
• The referee has previously held or accessed an active SciChart license for the same team/project
• The referee does not complete the vetting form to validate eligibility

3. Referee Discount

3.1. Eligible referees will receive a 10% discount on their first license purchase of $1000 USD or more, excluding taxes, discounts, or add-ons.
3.2. To qualify, referees must complete a vetting form supplied by SciChart, which will be used to confirm eligibility under Section 2.
3.3. The discount:

• Will be issued in the form of a unique, non-transferable code
• May be used once only, per referee
• May not be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated

4. Referrer Rewards

4.1. Referrers will receive 100 reward points, equivalent to $100 USD, delivered via a Tremendous gift card, for each qualified referral.
4.2. A referral is considered “qualified” when:

• The referee passes the vetting process
• The referee completes a valid license purchase of $1000+
• 30 days have passed without a refund, chargeback, or license termination
• Manual review by SciChart confirms the referral’s validity

4.3. Reward points:

• Will be automatically redeemed upon reaching the 100-point threshold
• Will be tracked and fulfilled internally by the SciChart team
• Will be disbursed in USD denomination, via the referrer’s selected Tremendous reward option (Visa, Amazon, etc.)

4.4. Referrers may earn rewards for multiple qualified referrals; there is no cap on total earnings.
4.5. Referrers may not:

• Refer themselves
• Refer the same person, department, or project more than once
• Receive multiple rewards for the same organization unless distinct departments/projects are verified

5. Vetting and Review Process

5.1. All referrals and purchases are subject to manual review by SciChart before rewards or discounts are issued.
5.2. SciChart reserves the right to:

• Request further information from either the referrer or referee
• Deny, suspend, or cancel any reward or discount at its sole discretion if eligibility or integrity is in doubt

6. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse

6.1. SciChart reserves the right to immediately disqualify and revoke rewards from any participant suspected of:

• Creating fake or duplicate accounts
• Submitting referrals from the same department/project under false pretenses
• Circumventing the vetting process
• Misrepresenting the relationship between referrer and referee
• Engaging in any behavior deemed abusive, deceptive, or inconsistent with the intent of this Program

6.2. Any fraud or abuse related to this Program may result in the termination of the referrer’s SciChart license and forfeiture of any outstanding rewards.

7. Exclusions

The following parties are not eligible to participate as referrers or referees:

• Internal SciChart staff or contractors
• Trial accounts that have been flagged or disqualified previously
• Any account with a refund, chargeback, or active dispute
• Any referee not verified as a distinct new project or department

8. Program Modifications and Termination

8.1. SciChart reserves the right to:

• Modify or update this Program, including eligibility rules, rewards, or structure
• Suspend or terminate the Program at any time, without notice
• Finalize interpretation and application of these Terms at its sole discretion

8.2. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the SciChart website. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

SciChart shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered by participants arising from:

• Technical issues, delays, or disruptions in reward delivery
• Errors in eligibility determination
• Program suspension or termination

Participation in the Program is at the participant’s own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Governing Jurisdiction, e.g., England and Wales], and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.
