I have a vertically stacked chart with 3 Y-Axes. How get the current Y-Axis(ID) where does mousepointer is arranged?

These previous FAQs should lead you in the right detection to detecting clicks on the chart:

You can also use good old fashioned MouseEnter, MouseLeave events for the AxisBase class itself.
