I am displaying a heatmap series that’s ~512×4000. The heatmap originally displays fine but when I zoom or pan, the hearmap disappears. In the attached images, Image1 is the heatmap displayed from ~5500-7500 on the Y axis. When I zoom in even slightly, I get Image2, which should have data but it does not. Appreciate any help on this.

BTW, I can display, zoom, and pan on other heatmaps but they are usually much smaller than this one.

I will answer my own question. The data was not sorted properly, which caused this issue.

I’m glad you got it solved, but that doesn’t make much sense. Heatmaps are 2d arrays of data, they don’t need to be sorted.
