After registering the SCIChart license to my account, when I go to “My Licenses” in my profile, it says I’m a trial user and I can’t see the runtime license key.

Are you logged into the same email or username on both?
Do check that as it’s one possible reason why you may not see licenses in your account.
If you continue to receive problems, I recommend opening a support ticket in the “licensing and account management“ department.
