I am trying to implement Scichart JS into a Create React App web application.
So far I have gotten it working for all the functionality I need except for a very key feature.
Is the Zoom functionality completely absent for iOS safari (touch interaction)?
If so, is there a workaround to make it work (ie manually adding pointer events to the chart surface?)
Thanks

Hi Deryk, this should work just fine. How have you setup the chart? have you added any zoom and pan modifiers? These are needed for zooming/panning to work. See this section of the docs: https://www.scichart.com/documentation/js/current/webframe.html#ZoomPanModifier.html

Note: PinchZoomModifier is required for pinch to zoom behaviour https://www.scichart.com/documentation/js/current/typedoc/classes/pinchzoommodifier.html

I was not aware PinchZoomModifier existed. It’s not present in the table of contents along with all of the other Zoom/Pan modifiers here: https://www.scichart.com/documentation/js/current/webframe.html#ZoomPanModifier.html Nor was the modifier present in this demo https://demo.scichart.com/javascript-overview Which demonstrates all other zoom/pan modifiers. Thanks for providing it here though it should be added to the first point of contact when developers are searching for API, the documentation.

Also here: https://www.scichart.com/documentation/js/current/webframe.html#What%20is%20the%20ChartModifier%20API.html It is not under the list: Zoom, Pan Modifiers
