I decided to try some new features in 3.2 version and entered in Licensing Wizard my expired License Code (we bought basic version about 1 year ago) – yes, that was my mistake. So how can I now deactivate expired license and return trial to have a possibility to investigate new features?

Hi there,

There is no way to revert back to trial once you’ve entered a license key. I would suggest one of the following options

  1. You can try the SciChart MSI Installer on another PC to check out the new features
  2. You can try all the features of SciChart v3.2 online in our Silverlight Examples Suite
  3. You can contact sales and request a trial key, which will override your existing key.

Best regards,
Andrew
