Hi,
I have included Sciechart into my project and i built the solution to get the release (I’m Using WPF).
After installing my solution i have an error message which indicate that the licence is not valid.
I have this issue with some PC and not all the PC.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with SciChart! Please check out our SciChart Licensing Troubleshooting page, which has some tips for you.

FAQ: After activating, my application still display Trial Expired when run on another computer!

If this happens, please make sure you have followed Step 2 – Include Runtime License in the Activating SciChart Page.

FAQ: I did follow both steps but my application still shows Trial Expired right after Activation!

This was a bug reported in v3.2.x of SciChart which affected some computers only (it depends on Language/Culture settings). It has been fixed in v3.3.1 of the SciChart Installer / Licensing Wizard. You can grab the v3.3.1 installer from the Downloads page.

Thank you very much for your response.
I Downloaded SciChart_v3.3.1.5924 And I added the DLL to My Project.
I will check if the issue is solved on tomorrow with our customer and i will keep you informed.

    Hi Mohamed, I would recommend using v3.5 if at all possible (The latest version). What I meant was 'this issue has been fixed since v3.3.1'. Also, the most likely cause is not setting the Runtime license. Please ensure you have done Step 2 – Include Runtime License in the Activating SciChart Page https://www.scichart.com/activating-scichart Best regards, Andrew
