Hi,

I have several vertical line annotations placed on my chart.

(1.) id=9136 at location 1229.8065
(2.) id=8572 at location 1230.0483
(3.) id=8570 at location 1230.1089

At a certain level, the annotations are at the good locations. Before 1230 for (1.) and after, for both next (see image GoodLocation.png).
If I zoom out, (1.)(2.)(3.) labels are shifted to the right (see WrongLocation.png) and the tooltip on (1.) correspond at tooltip (2.)

Can you help me?
In advance thank you for your support

Hello Hicham Infrabel Boussaid Infrabel,

I’ve tried to reproduce the same behavior in our Examples but didn’t managed to.

Can you kindly provide us a small sample application(simplified one) with reproduced problem, and steps to reproduce, so we can investigate it on our side, and give you most accurate and fast solution.

Not possible to give you a sample. The app is too complex and need to connect a database only reachable on the network.
Is it possible to have a teams meeting to show you the code and the issue ?

Hello Hicham Infrabel Boussaid Infrabel,

In this case you can use our Examples suit to pick any example and modify it so it reproduces the problem, and send it to us.
https://www.scichart.com/examples/wpf-chart/
https://github.com/ABTSoftware/SciChart.Wpf.Examples/tree/SciChart_v6_Release/Examples

Other than that you’ll need to create a simplified application on your side.
It seems that you’ll need only your custom axis(if I’ve noticed that correctly), and place manually a few of your custom VerticalLineAnnotations on chart. Also you’ll need to add SciChart MouseWheelZoomModifier to allow changing of zoom level. It shouldn’t have any connection to a database.

Meanwhile you can give us information about any manipulation you perform to your annotations. How it’s placed(dynamically while reading from databace or it’s placed manually by user, is it using MvvM approach or placed in code, and so on)? Is it editable? Do you change position of that annotation while reading some information from your database, etc.

I’m really sorry, but teams meeting is out of our support scope.
