Where are my support tickets?

The website has changed recently. I do not see any way to locate my existing support tickets. When I click on Developers–>Support it only gives me the option to create a new ticket.

    I found a way to locate my tickets. Click on My Profile, then look for quick links, then Support. By the way, I have a paid support account but here in the forums the page shows “priority support expired” which is incorrect.

you can find your ticket history at https://support.scichart.com

Click login then your history will be visible.

The forum issue we know about, it’s on our task list to resolve. We are also migrating to a new support system later this year with a much improved experience for users.
