Let me ask the question in a different way.
Is it possible to use RolloverModifier to show the cursor position in your sample app(WPF Chart Interaction with Annotations)?
If you use RolloverModifier, can you grab the annotation to move?
I want to know the way to use both showing the cursor position and grabing annotations in one mode.

That is not what I mean.
I mean that I want to bind the annotations AnnotationCreationModifier created.
Please take a look at our “Create Annotations Dynamically” example:

There are no viewmodels and no bindings.and “Axis Binding and Annotations Binding” example:
https://www.scichart.com/example/wpf-chart-axis-binding-annotations-binding-mvvm/
There is no AnnotationCreationModifier.

I know that the size of pixel is small. I want to show the small size image as it is, not blurry.

I have licence and debugging of Scichart is OK but it have problem that end user’s pc shows “trial licence expired”.
