Hello.
I’m facing an issue where a previous team member didn’t deactivate licenses on used devices. The device has now been returned, and deactivation is currently not possible. I need to reuse a project used SciChart. Is there a way to reset the list of all previously activated devices?

Hi Lee
For the benefit of the community: we are close to having an option in the my-account page allowing you to mark an employee as left the organisation, which will reset all licenses for that person.
The employee/user will not be able to activate SciChart in future, but other users in your organisation will.
Until then, our staff can process license transfers if you contact us and select “Licensing Support”
