SciChart® the market leader in Fast WPF Charts, WPF 3D Charts, and iOS Chart & Android Chart Components

I’be tried a small sample application where I instantiate a SciChart surface and some series.

I then added our Runtime License Key like it is explained here.

I gave the executable to two different persons. The first one got to see the charts but he got the “powered by SciChart logo”.
The second one wasn’t able to see the charts and got an “expired license” message.

I would understand seeing that if the user were running an application through Visual Studio or has a trial license, but I’m expecting them to be able to run the app normally when adding the Runtime License.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you very much.

Kind regards,

I just got it working. The runtime license that is being shown on MyProfile is incorrect. I’m using another runtime license key that was given to me at the moment of purchase.

Hi Sebastian,

For urgent support requests, I really urge you to use the support tickets option we have over here. Forums are great for Q&A but urgent issues can get overlooked.

I was going to suggest our Licensing test app in the Troubleshooting page, but it seems that you have solved it.

Can you do be a favour and still open a ticket with the working vs. not working key? We will try to investigate why the profile page key was generated incorrectly and if there is any issue on our side.

Best regards,
