If anyone has this problem, contact tech support with your order ID and we can solve it.
Note that the activation limit for SciChart is 3 machines, it is possible to raise this in some circumstances. Make sure that you deactivate licenses before moving to a new machine to ensure no activations are lost.

Problem still here! Deactivate a license via scichart licensing wizard disable sichart only on current machine. I need to deactivate a license on machine which i doesn’t have access!
Please, don’t ignore my question. This is problem of licensing.
I have the same problem. I cannot activate license because my serial key is has reached its activation limits of 3. How to reset that limits or is there another way to solve this problem? I do not have access to computer with last activated license becasue this machine was been formated.
