hello.
How can I stop the scrolling movement of a surface by inertia?
I don’t want to turn off the feature altogether by setting the inertial attribute to false, but I want to stop the scrolling that is in motion.
Is there any way to do this?

Can you clarify a bit? Do you want to retain inertial scrolling for the surface as a whole, but not for some particular interaction, like panning? Or are you looking to interrupt and stop a scroll that is happening?
When inertial scrolling is in progress, I’d like it to stop scrolling if I press something like a button. (For the entire surface)
