Hello,

I have two questions regarding implementing annotations in MVVM:

I’m currently using the MeasureXYAnnotation as demonstrated in an example, and it works well in the code-behind using the CompositeAnnotation class. However, when trying to implement this in MVVM with CompositeAnnotationViewModel, I’ve noticed that the Update method is missing. This omission prevents me from dynamically updating the measures. Is there a way to achieve the same dynamic behavior in MVVM as in code-behind? If so, could you please guide me on how to do it?

My second question is about the BrushAnnotationViewModel, which I’ve seen used in the trade annotation example. Is this ViewModel exclusive to trade charts, or can it be applied to XYCharts as well?

Thank you,
Best Regards

Hi,
I’m trying to synchronize the pie chart and the line chart in React. I’ve already done this for two line graphs.

They both use the same data table. And I want to know if it’s possible, if when I zoom in on the line chart, it updates the Pie chart with the new range.

Thanks, (sorry for my english ^^)

Hi,

I’d like to update the iOS version to the latest stable one (4.1.0), but after following the steps here: https://www.scichart.com/documentation/ios/current/integrating-scichart-libraries.html
Xcode keeps complaining:

framework not found SciChart.xcframework
clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1

If I downgrade back to 3.1.1 everything works again. Any idea why the version 4.1.0 is not working? I’m using Pods to manage all dependencies.

I would like a “Pause” button on my chart to temporarily suspend drawing updates, even while realtime data updates are still coming in to the databound DataSeries. Pressing the button again would re-enable drawing updates and show the data lines updated with all the data collected while drawing was previously paused.

Is there anything in the SciChart API to do this easily or would I need to do this manually (possibly by cloning the DataSeries when the chart is paused and databinding to the clones, then restoring the original binding when un-paused)?

Thanks!

To whom this may concern:

I am trying to upgrade to SciChart v4, but am having no success loading the addin on Visual Studio 2015 Professional.

I’ve followed the instructions of this website and the “SciChart Updater” does not show up in my “Tools” menu.

Can you please advise?
