Hi there,
We have a sample here on how to use SciChart in a multi-threaded UI environment. Can you try it?
Best regards,
Andrew

Hi,andrew. I use the realtime series, so it may cause this error. The sample is static chart. When i don’t use realtime series, it also does not cause error. I hope you can reply to me. Thanks.

Hi there,
our team has tested out your example.
We couldn’t reproduce the crash you were saying but we did find this answer on Microsoft.com which seems related: Application Crashes on Windows 10 Exit Code
We found several issues in your example such as Index Out of Range exceptions.
Could you take our sample at https://github.com/ABTSoftware/SciChart.Wpf.Examples/tree/SciChart_v6_Release/Sandbox/CustomerExamples/MutipleUIThreadExample and modify it until it reproduces the problem you are seeing?
SciChart WPF supports multiple Ui threads so long as the default renderer plugin is enabled (not Visual Xccelerator Engine)
Best regards
Andrew

Sorry, the issue is caused by multi-ui thread. If you try a few more times, and use ‘ctrl + f5’ to run the sample, then open 3 son window ‘Monitor’. When the program runs for a few minutes, it will reproduce.
