Good day,

I am evaluating the use of scichart.js as a charting tool for our web dashboard in an offline environment. As a way of testing, I am currently trying to deploy the build of demo-create-react-app from the SDK on IIS. The build works if deployed using serve -s build but I get this error when I try to deploy the build on IIS.

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (localhost:3553/
Uncaught Error: Not Found : http://localhost:3553/
    at XMLHttpRequest.r.onload (2.1e4d934a.chunk.js:2)(scichart2d.js:12)

I would also like to confirm if Scichart.js can work in an offline environment since I saw in this forum post that SciChart gets the .wasm and .data files from the CDN.

I tried to install scichart using .exe on offline pc(can’t connect internet, win7/vs2015).
but it did’t finish and message below poped up.
I think offline environment is problem. so can you guide how to install on offline pc?

[There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. ]

We are investigating the SciChart 3D trial in order to upgrade an application already using SciChart 2D. In the process, we found that SciChart 3D downloads and depends on a DLL at:

Our production environment doesn’t have internet access nor can users load DLLs downloaded into the users folder.

Is there a way to package SciChart3DNative.dll with SciChart 3D for offline usage? We have already tried copying the DLL and every permutation of the above folder path next to the compiled application, but this didn’t affect SciChart downloading and depending on the %LocalAppData% DLL.
