www.scichart.com – Web Three point Oh

With much fanfare we announce the new look www.scichart.com website! This is part of our commitment to improve our products and services, as announced in the 2014 Vision Update late last year. We’ve come a long way – from humble beginnings where SciChart v1.0 was literally coded in a bedroom, we are now proud to announce we serve customers in over 40 countries worldwide.

Since our vision update in November last year, so far we have delivered our promised SciChart v3.0 (now in Release Candidate), as well as improvements to SciChart v2.0, a state-of-the-art support ticketing system and new-look website. Many of you are already using the ticketing system and we hope you like it.  It’s certainly helping us a lot – to keep track of all the sales and support requests we get every day, and ensure that nothing you ask of us gets lost.

So, what’s next? Well we take you back to the 2014 Vision Update article as there’s still plenty to do  there. We have in progress a number of prototypes to take SciChart in exciting new directions. Also we will be continuing to improve our core product, documentation, examples and back-end systems so we can better serve you – the customer.
